Starting His martial arts journey later in life Coach Kelly went, full tilt. Joining the famed Wand Fight Team in the fight capital of the world Las Vegas. He went from never training in a martial art to training alongside some of the best fighters coming up in Las Vegas. Learning Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu and putting them together in the MMA program of Wanderlei Silva. In 2013 with support from his teammates, he entered the most prestigious Jiu-Jitsu tournament in the world. IBJJF Worlds after some of the hardest matches to date he came out as a World Champion. In 2023 was awarded his Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt . After continued training and competitions, his passion took him to the motherland of Muay Thai, Thailand. Training with the absolute best in Muay Thai from Saenchai, Lerdsilla, Samart Payakaroon, Sagat Petchyindee, Wondergirl, and Supergirl Jaroonsak. He was determined to learn from the best and did just that. To the point of living in the land of smiles, Thailand. The world shifted and so did his focus. Now refocused on sharing his knowledge of the martial arts and cultures he has immersed himself in he brings to you Stadium MMA!

What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is a form of martial arts that originates from Thailand. Using 8 limbs ( legs, knees, elbows, and fists) in offensive and defensive combat. It is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. The sport has become increasingly popular in recent years due to its effectiveness in mixed martial arts competitions. It is the National sport of Thailand!
